PRE-LICENSING EDUCATION

PRINCIPLES OF REAL ESTATE (116 hours) - $1000

The South Dakota School of Real Estate is proud to team up with Global Real Estate School to offer a blended course study for those interested in a career in real estate.

South Dakota requires 116 hours of pre-license real estate education in order to sit for the real estate exam.  Our course offers you both online and "live" training to fulfill your 116 hours.  Through Global Real Estate School, you will take 100 hours of study (available from your mobile device, tablet or computer) to cover the National portion of the exam.  You will finish your course work with 16 hours of live in class training to cover the state specific information for South Dakota real estate laws.

The online portion is REQUIRED to be completed prior to the Classroom Sessions.

IN CLASSROOM (16 Hours)

In depth study of all aspects of the practice of real estate in South Dakota. The 16 classroom hours prepares students to test for the South Dakota Real Estate Exam and to start a successful career in Real Estate.
